Steep products are beverages that contain caffeine. You are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase and consumption.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We do not make medical or health claims.

Pricing & Orders

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are issued only if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective, or

• The incorrect product is shipped

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photo evidence.
