1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by STEEP, LLC, located at 613 S 1080 W, American Fork, UT 84003 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Sponsor and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 18, 2026 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) and runs through October 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT (the "Entry Period"). Separate drawings will be held prior to each Ogden Twilight Concert Series show throughout the 2026 season (up to ten drawings total). Entries submitted after the final drawing are void.

5. How to Enter

Entry methods may vary by show at Sponsor's sole discretion. For each drawing, Sponsor will announce the applicable entry method via @drinksteep on Instagram and/or this page prior to that drawing. Possible entry methods include but are not limited to:

Online entry: Visit drinksteep.ca/pages/twilight-2026-giveaway during the Entry Period and complete the entry form via the Gleam widget by providing your first name and a valid email address. One (1) entry will be awarded upon successful submission. Entry is administered through Gleam.io; by participating, you also agree to Gleam's Terms of Service at gleam.io/terms. Bonus entries may be available: (a) Follow @drinksteep on Instagram — two (2) additional entries; (b) Follow @drinksteep on TikTok — one (1) additional entry; (c) Share your unique referral link and refer a friend who submits a valid entry — five (5) additional entries per qualifying referral, with no maximum on referrals.

Physical/in-person entry: For select shows, tickets may be distributed through in-person activations, hidden ticket drops, or other physical methods in Utah. Details for each in-person giveaway will be announced via @drinksteep on Instagram. No purchase necessary to participate in any physical entry method.

Sponsor reserves the right to change the entry method for any individual show drawing at any time. Limit one (1) entry per person per drawing regardless of method. Use of multiple accounts, bots, or fraudulent means to obtain additional entries will result in disqualification.

6. Prizes

Prize per drawing (1 winner per show): One (1) pair of VIP tickets (two tickets total) granting admission to a single Ogden Twilight Concert Series show at the Ogden Amphitheater, Ogden, Utah. A separate drawing will be held before each show in the 2026 season. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: varies by show (two VIP tickets per drawing; ARV per pair ranges from approximately $100–$400 depending on artist). Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are valid only for the specific show awarded. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Drawings and Odds

One (1) winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries prior to each scheduled show. All valid entries remain active for the full Entry Period — entering early does not exclude you from subsequent drawings. Odds of winning each drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries at the time of that drawing.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours or an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost, late, or misdirected entries. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

10. Third-Party Platform Disclaimers

Entry is facilitated through Gleam.io. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Gleam.io. This Sweepstakes is also not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., ByteDance Ltd., or the Ogden Twilight Concert Series or its organizers. STEEP, LLC is an official sponsor of the Ogden Twilight Concert Series; however, this giveaway is independently created and administered solely by STEEP, LLC. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor only.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy at drinksteep.ca/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Sponsor and may opt out at any time.

12. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Utah.
