Shipping policy

Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs are outside our control.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Additional international shipping options may be available in the future — join our email list for updates.

ShipInsure Package Protection We've partnered with ShipInsure to offer optional shipping protection at checkout. For a small fee, ShipInsure covers your order against loss, theft, and damage in transit.

With ShipInsure: If something goes wrong with your shipment, file a claim directly at claims.shipinsure.com — no waiting on the carrier, no back-and-forth. Most claims are resolved within 24–48 hours with a replacement or refund issued to you.

Without ShipInsure: By opting out of package protection, you acknowledge that Steep, LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier pickup or damaged during transit. We'll always try to help, but our ability to issue replacements or refunds for unprotected orders is limited. We highly recommend adding ShipInsure protection, especially for larger orders.

Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you have questions about your shipment, contact summit@drinksteep.ca with your order number.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier. Contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date and we'll work to resolve the issue.
