Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
(Required for subscription / recurring purchase products)
Subscription Cancellations You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting summit@drinksteep.ca.
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
How to Cancel Log in to your account at drinksteep.ca → go to "Manage Subscriptions" → select "Cancel Subscription." Alternatively, email summit@drinksteep.ca with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and your order number.
Already Billed Orders If your subscription has already been billed and the order is in processing, we are unable to cancel it. Once delivered, it may qualify for a return under our Return and Refund Policy if the product is unopened and undamaged.
Refunds on Cancellations Cancellations made before the billing date will not be charged. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
